The remaining two floors at Trinity, 39 Tabernacle Street are now let and the building is fully occupied!
On behalf of Boultbee London and City Innovations, our Commercial team are proud to announce that we have now successfully leased all four floors at Trinity, 39 Tabernacle Street.
The ground and second floors were let to Cancom. They are relocating from nearby Clifton St and were attracted to the 1840 sq ft ground floor as sales floor and meeting rooms. They will also be using the 5430 sq ft second floor as their new London HQ offices.
Lucy Stephens, our Senior Commercial Negotiator agreed the terms and the leases were completed earlier this month.
