Fresh off the back of several acquisitions in 2018, including the MyLondonHome lettings portfolio, Lourdes and Bridge Estate Agents, Nick Dunning Associates has recently completed on their latest acquisition: Caddington Blue, shortly to become part of Stirling Ackroyd.
Caddington Blue was established in 2004 and has worked on over 100 new developments, successfully dealing with some of London’s finest lofts, warehouses, new homes and riverside property. It comes with an abundance of experience and an intimate knowledge of London’s well-known buildings. It perfectly complements the values and audience within Stirling Ackroyd.
Stirling Ackroyd Senior Management will be investing a significant amount of time with the Caddington Blue business, whilst working closely with the existing Stirling Ackroyd teams, harnessing the best from both companies when aligning them.
