β€œThe top floor office at 8 Smokehouse Yard is going to be used as a base for our family business, Catalyst Courses Ltd. We organize residential holiday courses for UK and international students, based at Lady Margaret Hall in Oxford. The courses are non subject-specific and designed to build the transferable skills of students from all disciplines – critical thinking and analysis, creativity, communication, teamwork and problem solving. They are aimed at 12- to 16-year-olds. The ground and first floor of the building will be let out, through Samantha at Stirling Ackroyd. We have used a contractor called Beata Woszek to carry out the renovations work on all floors of the office. She leads a team of other contractors: electricians, plumbers, joiners, painters etc. We decided to employ her to use the work because she has carried out other jobs for us in the past – we trust her and have been impressed by the quality of work she has done for us.
